We utilize the Wahoo Kickr with the Cycleops Virtual Training software in our spin classes. Each person has their own iPad linked directly to their Kickr. Sync your watch to your Kickr and upload your data directly to your training software. Have a race coming up, let us know… we may be able to find your course in our software.

Open water swim is an integral part of triathlon. Swimming in a lake is much different than swimming in the clear blue water of a pool with a black line to follow. Our coached swims will include work on swim starts and finishes, drafting, sighting, turns and swim strokes. In MN we’re fortunate to be the land of 10,000 lakes. Which means you don’t have to travel far to enjoy a great coached swim. Join us at Long Lake Regional Park for our open water swim sessions.
